Spinach salad with slices of Ham
350g Spinach
100g Goat’s cheese
20g Nuts
50g Blueberries
1ml Mustard
10ml Virgin olive oil
1ml Walnut oil
1tbsp Honey
1ml Sherry vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Place all the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Put aside.
Mix cleaned spinach leaves together with the diced cheese, walnuts, blueberries and slices of Cinco Jotas Iberian ham. Add the salad dressing for the finishing touch.
